• Your chosen pickup date and time

We do not collect payment information through this site. Payment is handled in person by cash or Venmo at pickup.

• To prepare your order and have it ready for pickup
• To send you an order confirmation and your pickup address by email
• To contact you by phone or text if there is a question about your order
• To plan how many bagels to bake each week

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the services that help us run the site and send your confirmation:

• Netlify hosts this website and stores order records.
• Resend delivers your confirmation email.

These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, keep our business records, and plan future baking. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
